As a premier holistic wellness expert, Julia crafts bespoke journeys that harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Julia's expertise spans a diverse range of modalities, including Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coaching, ACE Health and Wellness Coaching, NASM Certified Personal Training, Registered Yoga Instruction (RYT), Mindfulness and Stress Management. Her ultimate goal is to empower individuals to become architects of their own wellbeing, equipping them with tools for long-term vibrant health. SARAH HUMPHREY

Sarah is a Yoga + Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and NBC- HWC holistic health coach. Originally from the West Coast, Sarah brings a little sunshine to NYC and hopes to create genuine and meaningful connections with each of her students. Sarah, a free-spirit, spent the last year traveling around the world and lived in Hawaii and Los Angeles. After practicing with Sarah, she hopes her students feel lighter, stronger, and sweatier (the perfect trifecta!). When she's not teaching yoga or working with clients, Sarah is booking her next trip abroad, walking on the WSH, hanging out with her girlfriends, or seeing an up-and-coming DJ set in Brooklyn.

Petr S.

Petr Shikin is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of personal practice and years of teaching experience. His approach to yoga is rooted in mindfulness, intentional movement, and breath awareness, offering a transformative experience for students of all levels.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 500), Petr draws from a diverse range of yoga styles, including Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha and others, to create balanced, accessible practices that support both physical and mental well-being. His classes are carefully crafted to guide students on a journey of self-discovery, empowering them to explore their strengths, enhance their flexibility, and cultivate inner peace.

Petr believes in the power of yoga to foster connection — whether to one’s own body, the present moment, or to others. He is passionate about creating a welcoming space where students feel supported in their practice, regardless of experience. His classes emphasize alignment, mindfulness, and self-awareness, allowing students to deepen their practice and find balance in both body and mind.

When not teaching, Petr enjoys exploring New York City, continuing his personal growth, and inspiring others to live with intention and joy.

LISA LLIGUICOTA

Lisa Lliguicota brings a deeply integrative approach to stretch therapy, blending breathwork, nervous system regulation, and advanced mobility techniques to help clients achieve alignment and ease in their bodies.

As a certified personal trainer, PES stretch therapist, Hatha yoga instructor, and practitioner of Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Lisa’s work is rooted in science, movement, and mindfulness. With a background as a dancer, competitive wrestler, and artist, she embodies the harmony of strength, flexibility, and fluidity.

Lisa’s personalized approach go beyond physical relief, addressing both the emotional and somatic layers of tension to cultivate lasting wellness. Whether it’s releasing tight hips, improving mobility, or calming an overactive mind, her goal is to empower clients with tools to thrive both physically and mentally.

For Lisa, movement is medicine, and healing is an art. Her mission is to create space in your body—and your life—for growth, strength, and flow.

ETHEL ZHANG

Ethel's journey in fitness began unexpectedly when she was "voluntold" to join her middle school track and field team — a fortuitous moment that sparked her lifelong passion for movement. At 16, she discovered yoga as the perfect complement to her running regimen, bringing balance and calming energy to her active lifestyle.

A dedicated practitioner ever since, Ethel earned her 200 hour yoga certification in 2023 and has been sharing her practice with students of all levels. Her teaching style reflects her diverse global experiences, having lived across three continents—Asia, Europe, and North America.

A true world traveler at heart, Ethel recently returned to New York City, embracing it once again as home. She brings this rich tapestry of cultural influences and movement philosophies into each class, creating a unique and grounding experience for her students.

FLORAH UDDIN

Florah is a yoga instructor with 715 hours of training in Ashtanga, Hatha and Kundalini yoga and meditation. She has trained in Rishikesh, Mysore and London. Born and raised in London and now living in New York City. She has been teaching yoga since 2016.

JENNIFER KURIAKOSE

Jennifer’s yoga journey began over a decade ago in South India, where she immersed herself in traditional yogic practices. With over 600 hours of training in yoga and meditation, including 300 hours at Devvrat Yoga Sangha. Her teaching integrates classical wisdom with a modern approach to support deep rest, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being. A former finance professional and CPA, Jennifer understands the pace of urban life and holds space for students to reconnect with themselves, find stillness, and move through the world with greater clarity and ease.
